<h1>Team Manager Role</h1> To be the point of contact and relay information to parents, players, coach and club administrator. Keeping the team organised and supporting the coach with the following information:- <ul><li>Training day, time and venue</li><li>Game day, time, venue and expected arrival time for each game as advised by the coach</li><li>Updating team lists on Squadi TeamSheets via Squadi App</li><li>Arrange rosters for club playing strip to be washed after each game and fruit rosters (if your team wants to have fruit).</li><li>Communicate to the team in a timely manner in relation to field status/closures and cancelled/rescheduled of games.</li><li>Coordinate club photo day and payment</li><li>Pick up and return of all club equipment and team strip at the beginning and end of the season</li></ul> You must be willing to register as a Team Manager and hold a Working With Children (WWC) BlueCard, or willing to apply for a WWC BlueCard.

<h2>Coach's Role at Southside Eagles Academy</h2> Develop Skills: Guides players in improving football techniques and tactics. Support Players: Ensures players' wellbeing, offering encouragement and feedback. Tactical Leadership: Plans and adapts strategies during games. Uphold Standards: Adheres to club policies, promoting the Eagles' values. Effective Communication: Keeps open lines with players, parents, and staff. Continual Growth: Committed to learning new coaching methods. Our coaches are mentors, shaping the next generation of Eagles stars.
